2. OBJECT.

These General Conditions of Use (“GCU”) regulate the access, navigation and use of the Web accessible through the domain WWW.ELRACONETJAVEA.COM, as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents, meaning texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property.
The main purpose of the Web is to offer corporate information of EL RACONET JAVEA.
Access to the Web by the User is free of charge, without prejudice to the fact that the use of certain services may require prior registration or the contracting of specific services, which shall be subject to their own contracting or reservation conditions.

6. HYPER LINKS.

8. PARTIAL NULLITY.

The declaration of any of the clauses contained in these TOU as null, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to be binding between the parties.

9. PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY:

The treatment of personal data is regulated in the Privacy Policy and the installation of cookies in the Cookies Policy, both available on the Web.

10. NOTIFICATIONS.

EL RACONET JAVEA designates as contact address the address specified in the Legal Notice.

The e-mail address provided by the User during the registration process on the Website, if any, will be used by EL RACONET JAVEA for the purpose of notifying the User.

The User is obliged to keep duly updated the data referred to in this clause for notification purposes.

All Notifications made by EL RACONET JAVEA to the User shall be considered validly made if they have been made using the data and through the aforementioned means. 11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These TOU shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.

Any dispute relating to the conditions of use and access to this Web contained in this document of CGU of the Web, the parties shall submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless otherwise determined by law, to the corresponding Courts.
